The system provided logging, tracking and resolving requests related to customer needs. It also included monitoring and improving customer service by providing a communication channel to the customer. In addition, designed and developed components of the Pensions/Investment Plan System that provided savings and investment plans for the Westinghouse employees.

Received the IT Johnson & Johnson Presidents Award and IRR Award in 1994 for my work performed on the Contract Notification Improvement Team which led to significant cost reductionsIn addition, worked on the Sales and Marketing System and supported critical batch programs/processes as well as reporting needs.
