  Managing a team that oversees planning and performance management for all refinery costs (revex and capex) within bp. Additionally, accountabilities include competitive analysis (e.g. Solomon) and facilitating refining business improvement plans. Interim Operations Superintendent for the catalytic cracking complex to oversee turnaround operations for the largest 2022 turnaround in bp. During this period, also oversaw day to day operations of running assets. Single point of accountability for the operation of the Utilities, Wastewater Treatment area. In addition, I led the operations manager for the Whiting Clean Energy (Cogen facility) in Whiting. - From Sept 2016-Dec 2016, I was the interim SIS Team Lead and Technical Authority. I was made permanent at the end of 2016.- In Feb 2017, OTS Team lead was added to my duties.
