      Change coordinator for Device Connection Platform (DCP), Ericsson's M2M platform, dedicated to handle connectivity management, subscription management and OSS/BSS and allows for automation of the business processes between the operator and enterprises.Main activity was related to the major customer VDF NL.Change Coordinator is a very important position inside the Change Management Dep. developing the maintenance activity and improvement of performance for mobile phone networks.Mainly we process all requests for modifications (Changes) / improvement to our Customers Networks."Gate Keeper" for all Change Requests and Planned Works which can effect the MS customersAdministration of the Changes Requests and Planned Works in the systems as they are agreed with the customersManage, check and evaluate the Change Requests and Planned Work requests to manage the risk of execution of the changesCommunicate the change schedules (approved Change Requests / Planned Works) with the customer which means phone calls, mails, preparation of the CAB (Change advisory board) for the change manager.Secure and influence all parties who need to perform action in the customer networks, but as well the activities which are related to the networks that the Change Management process and procedures are followed.Inform in time all related parties when a change or planned work is to be executedDaily availability of correct CR or PW overviews.Availability of procedures on how to act when a CR or PW causes unexpected impact.The planned work agent reports to the change manager for the appropriate customer or internal organization.As needed prepare related documentation for CABs.Whenever necessary the Change Coordinator will chair the internal Ericsson CAB (preCAB) and/or the customer CAB (as Change Manager).       I have the role to coordinate and manage the implementation activities of all the proposed superchanges (major and strategic software, hardware and network changes) in the main Datacenter hubs (Ratingen, Dublin, Milan and SPE DCs) . Ensure that relevant changes on the IT systems (hardware, software and network) are identified, developed, planned, reviewed by technical teams, analysed, prioritized, approved by appropriate stakeholders and administrates their delivery within the agreed timelines and phases.With these activities, I am contributing: - To identify, coordinate and analyze the development of all changes proposed by IT services providers or operational teams which may impact IT systems of Vodafone Enterprise Services. To collaborate with technical teams to coordinate the changes evaluation and ensure impact assessment is carried out. - To plan, estimate and prioritize the changes in order to assure these are effectively & efficiently delivered into live IT systems, following the agreed phases, timelines & agreements/ service specifications. - Monitor change performance in the IT systems, coordinating operational & engineering teams, partners, 3rd parties and customers in order to ensure they adhere to agreed change processes and protocols inside Vodafone - Review all failed changes in the IT systems (hardware, software and network) to determine root cause, identifying, developing, evaluating, prioritizing and implementing appropriate corrective actions (HW, SW or process changes) within technical teams & involved stakeholders - Identify, plan, analyse, execute and offers support for improvement actions (process, HW, SW or network changes for IT systems components) across relevant support teams globally. - Administrates the evaluation of the planned works (HW, SW or network changes) in order to define the requirements for effective and timely implementation into the IT systems.
