  My current responsibilities include interfacing with internal and external clients on policy language and/or coverage matters; detailed analysis of EPL/Wage & Hour, D&O and E&O policies; regular interaction with insurance claim personnel and outside coverage counsel to achieve successful resolutions of claim disputes; analysis and evaluation of policies, research and analysis of coverage positions for appropriateness; advocate for policyholders with insurance personnel all while maintaining congenial relationships with adjuster/claim attorney or outside coverage counsel. Show less As the EPL Practice Leader my responsibilities included providing detailed analysis of EPL policies for internal and external customers, drafting coverage amendatories to enhance coverage provided by the policy to Aon clients, develop and present training on EPL and Wage & Hour to internal customers, participate and present on industry panels and develop and maintain congenial relationships with insurance market personnel. I also worked to improve and innovate available coverage to external customers which included assisting in the development of Aon's Wage and Hour Policy, a first in the marketplace. Show less
