Its purpose was for them to reference this whenever their paths became dark or off-track. I didn’t want to wait till I was on my deathbed before I shared with them, the gems that I’d accumulated (and still do) over my life.I then realized that the values and ideals I wrote for them, would be applicable to all youth who hadn’t had a mentor, parent or guardian who took the time to impart guideposts which could help them as they made decisions on their individual journeys. Even if they did have someone, I wanted them to be able to physically reference the lessons they’d been taught, but maybe didn’t know how or when to use them. It’s a short read but filled with concentrated doses of perspective, insight and calls to action...intrinsically. This is my deposit into their lives with the hopes of adding value. Show less
