I served as a Claims Specialist and provided backstop support for supervisors and colleagues while handling my own workload. In doing so, I was able to lead the department in regards to our Customer Service Survey scores and maintained one of the top cycle times in the department. I also created and facilitated customer service training and collaborated with the training department to assist in other areas. I was fortunate enough to be a mentor to multiple new adjusters as they came into the profession and helped them grow their experience, while sharpening my coaching and leadership skills.
