Also, I took pride in coaching and mentoring teams and peers to assist them and me in reaching our individual and company goals. The teams I managed consistently ran under budget and I attribute this to successfully driving and sustaining a continuous improvement culture where each member recognizes his or her responsibility to the overall effort.
