The research included review of government strategies in Canada, EU, Australia, Sweden, Norway and Spain. The knowledge gained and learned from Prof. Jeffrey Roy is incomparable. Its very exciting to learn how citizens particpate in government consultations, budgeting, web 2.0 and cloud computing.I also prepared lecture note on "The Internet Architecture – Search Engines and Cloud Computing” and have been delivering presentations to Information Management and Public Administration graduate students.And developed social media marketing strategy and implementation plan for the Dalhousie School of Public Administration.       I was rought on board by ACOA to analyze Integrated Service Delivery Pilot Project (ISDPP) partner programs to perform process analysis and develop a high-level model for integration. I conducted process analysis of nine provincial and federal partner agencies and 6 programs were included in the ISD analysis. I provided high level recommendations and model for horizontal integration that would allow single window service to the business clients. I also conducted requirements analysis and environmental scan for shared project work space (social media) for the partner agencies and designed ISDP project wiki (GCPedia). Extensively utilized project management techniques and business process modeling notation (BPMN) for process modeling, prepared project reports, status reports and used elicitation techniques for requirements and process analysis for the project.It was an amazing and very challenging experience to understand and interact with nine partner federal and provincial agencies.
