I line managed the cancer team in the implementation and maintenance of the waiting time data collection process; the peer review process; developed the team business plan and the cancer LDP annually; coordinated communications with primary, tertiary care and Cancer Network. I also manage the cancer modernisation projects being conducted within the Trust I line managed the support services staff for the Network and the office systems and provided the communication framework for the Network
