  Mainly responsible for components overhauling,repair and of Epiroc machines . Some of the components worked on are ;-Transmissions and transverters ( Dana T12000, T32 000, T 40000 and Dana 8800 series) for ST14,ST18, MT 42,MT54 and Gatemans.-Torque converters.-Axles ( kesler and Dana) for Epiroc Scooptrams ( STs) and Mine Trucks ( MTs).-Rotary and power heads for Pit vipers and DMLs.-rotation units for Boyle C6C exploration rigs.-Surface drills shock subs for Pit viper and CAT 6640.-Drifters MD20 and Cop 3060. - Upbox and Drop box.-Drafting technical reports of all component failures after conducting a thorough failure analysis and establishing the failure and root cause.-writing QA/QC sheets for all the respective components to ensure OEM S.O.Ps are followed during the overhauling process.-G.E.T TRAKKA SYSTEM PROJECT. Conducted a G.E.T loss retrieval project on a Komatsu PC 8000 and a Caterpillar 994K Wheel loader in Barrick Lumwana mine.The basic premise of the project is to prevent G.E.T attached to the bucket from going in the crusher and protecting the life of the bucket.* Half life Pit Viper ( 271 E) Rebuild at FQM trident Kalumbila Mine.
