Always met or exceeded all goals by as much as 500%. Multiple awards for PACE Setter (someone recognized for hitting more than 125% of the annual/quarterly targets) as well as awards for living and breathing integrity, loyalty and diversity. Was in charge of bringing new representatives up to speed as well as some final hiring decisions for key leaders in the department. Developed multiple tracking tools to bring the best out of all of my representatives and found ways to bring the worst performing reps to meeting and exceeding goals every month. Metrics were measured by Save Rate (which I achieved 88-92% on a yearly average) as well as renewal rate (processed as many as 256 renewals in a month, exceeding the goal by as much as 600%). Took on hospitality accounts as many as 200 room hotels with 10 year agreements or more, ensuring all of them were properly signed up as well as recovering as much as $100,000 in past due bills.
