This tough me the value of hard work at a young age and how a to work in as part of a team. Further more dealing with costumers and how to resolve their issues or conflicts with others was part of my daily routine.

      I volunteered at Oxfam because of the work they do. During my time there I learnt customer service, working at a till, to log inventory and teamwork. At Oxfam everyone is a volunteer so teamwork is needed to coordinate everyone. I had to adapt to new situations on a daily bases. On a typical day I would help customers at the till and the shop floor to receiving inventory and how to store it.
