  I transitioned into a sales and marketing leadership role following the sale of my company to Specialized Medical Management, owned by Harris Methodist Hospital System. I managed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports, and developed marketing materials, sales collateral, and promotions. I also responded to and evaluated RFPs, negotiated proposals, and created customer contracts.

I oversaw strategic planning, operations, client services, and sales departments, and led two direct reports and a team of 50 indirect reports. I also managed contract negotiations, billing of over $80M annually, and an eight-figure budget.
