  Very innovative, disruptive, company that created the first software postscript RIP. The software ran on standard high performance PCs as opposed to competitor´s products that ran on expensive and difficult to upgrade proprietary hardware.I introduced myself to the Sydney based M.D. and he employed me to be his Rep in Melbourne.In a Serviced Office and with a ´high performance´ 486DX 133Mhz PC in the boot of my car I sold, installed and supported the product. Eventually sales grew to support creating two territories and adding a Sales Rep, CS Rep and a Hardware Engineer. Ultimately I transferred to the bigger and more dynamic market in Sydney, taking a Sales Rep role. Show less

  Dai Nippon SCREEN are a respected Japanese supplier of the highest-end products which usually sold at a premium price.Based in Sydney I was their only Sales Executive for New South Wales and Queensland. I sold workflow software, film image-setters, plate-setters, drum and flatbed colour scanners. For a time I also worked with SCREEN's principal Australian dealer (Printing Technologies) as their key product specialist.I helped SCREEN's technical support staff by showing them equipment configuration techniques that were 50% to 70% faster than their previous best efforts.
