  Organized and maintained asset folder structures for all of the Office of Transportation Data (OTD) systems. Conducted the daily management of the OTD’s information for upload into ProjectWise and other GDOT software. Maximized the discovery of data by enhancing documents and images with metadata that followed established guidelines and were consistent with OTD’s business objectives. Engaged with internal and external partners to make data openly discover-able, accessible, and reusable. Classified data and managed the life-cycle of documents and image assets after creation. Refined existing requirements for implementation of current documents into current digital asset managementsystem to support OTD’s/GDOT’s existing plans, as well as expansion into future digital content plans. Worked with the different OTD groups to create standards and procedures for tagging new content. Created and implemented a taxonomy to be used in-house and by outside users to improve search-ability of content for the ever-growing digital content for OTD. Assisted users and analysts to determine data needs and potentially useful tools and assisted in accessing andusing them. E.g. GEOPi, ProjectWise, SharePoint and other systems. Show less
