I hired and led a team of 4 data scientists.- Facilitated a 6-month AI Engineering training program for aspiring machine learning engineers. The program had over 30 students from Kenya and constituted both theoretical and practical knowledge. - Acquired a partner to help in mentoring and training women in AI.- Coordinated C-level AI Conferences in Kenya and Zambia. These conferences brought together business leaders and provided education on the impact and potential of AI in Africa. - Formulated and proposed ideas for AI products in various industries. - Communicated with business leaders, thought leaders, and various stakeholders. - Directed and guided in building a collaborative filtering recommendation engine and sickle cell prediction algorithm.
