  Created reports detailing snow and ice totals in numerous zip codes after winter storms in Oklahoma and the mountains of Colorado. Brief descriptions of storms were also made. Reports were disseminated to clients such as the DOT and snow removal contractors for the purposes of billing and resource management.

  (Jun - Aug) Worked with the National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) to find if there were any official weather observation stations that are providing duplicate measurements in the local area of each of C-MAN coastal weather station. The goal of this was to determine whether to forego operations at these stations to reduce the branch's footprint and costs.(Sept - May) Worked in a team on a separate project involving a cost vs benefit analysis of weather buoy observations.

  Research Assistant for the LEE (Lake-Effect Electrification) Field Campaign.Completed a variety of tasks, including launching special EFM (electric field meter)-equipped weather balloons, and assisting in Doppler on Wheels (DOW) operations during project IOPs.In addition, frequently participated in forecast briefings and facility status meetings.
