  Director of Housing First RI, Riverwood Mental Health: 4/06 – 9/15Established and built infrastructure for Housing First RI pilot that became the cornerstone of Rhode Island’s Opening Doors plan to end chronic homelessness. The program grew to 200 supportive housing units. Services dollars were obtained through a combination of federal, state, municipal, philanthropic grants, and Medicaid reimbursement. Subsidies were primarily obtained through HUD COC Shelter Plus Care Vouchers, RI Road home Vouchers, and Providence Housing Authority. Assistant Executive Director, Riverwood Mental Health: 2/13 - 9/15 Position ran concurrently with Director of Housing First RI position, responsible for day to day operations of 85 employee non-profit organization with $6,000,000 budget, the agency has three group homes and community based programs providing services to individuals with behavioral health disorders throughout the state; served as agency’s human rights office and corporate compliance office. Community Support Program Director, Riverwood Mental Health: 6/02 - 4/06 Collaboration with Northern RI Community Services providing parallel services to substance abuse and mental health clients.
