  I'm currently a part of Trane Technologies' advanced development program, working in IT project management. Throughout this internship I was responsible for onboarding Trane Techonologie's other SBUs on the use of an in house application for resource allocation tracking. I was also a part of UX/UI/Design thinking development and LRP tools. I became certified as a Mendix rapid developer and got to see different forms of project management in action.
