      As the Applications Support Team Lead at The Safety Zone, I was responsible for Level 2 Technical Support, Systems Administration, and Security. I acted as the intermediary between IT and all other departments within the business, working directly with management teams to optimize business applications. I managed IT projects, including two successful systems migrations after the company was purchased by Genuine Parts Company in 2018 and Supply Source Enterprises in 2020. My responsibilities were extended to Impact Products LLC following its purchase by Supply Source Enterprises, where I mirrored my position within the new sister organization.       During my time at Bausch Advanced Technologies Inc., I provided technical and administrative support to the IT Systems Administrator, acting as the point of contact on their behalf. I also attended and hosted meetings in the event of scheduling conflicts or overflow. As part of my role, I managed IT projects and provisioned workstations for new hires, including new accounts, replacement hardware, phone setups, and full application configurations. I maintained a proactive approach to keeping all user workstations in proper working order, including regular security updates, application troubleshooting, software, and hardware upgrades.
