      Expansion of the Global Competitive Parts Pricing Manager role to include pricing management of Deere's All Makes lines and integration into Deere processes and systems globally. Oversee the transition of the standalone All Makes Pricing group into the Deere World Wide Parts Services organization and to align and maintain a tiered pricing strategy between OEM, Remanufactured, and All Makes portfolio offerings globally.Key Contributions: Launched integration steps to combine all pricing functions into a common Deere system. Reassigned all non-pricing related work back to the appropriate organizations allowing the All Makes Pricing team to focus solely on pricing, reviews, and process alignment. Completed initial execution of tiered pricing alignment. Reviewed parts lists annually for competitiveness and financial performance.Key Contributions: Developed new part queue management process through the use of databases allowing analysts to prioritize daily work as needed for ~25,000 new parts annually. Introduced logic based global price management steps, allowing Price Analysts to price new parts aligned globally using approved currency conversion methodology for new parts added in the US market from other markets. Built and deployed Access query allowing for quicker, dynamic, and more complete access to competitive data; previously only accessible through static reports. Maintained and distributed dealer and customer price files for dealer business systems.Key Contributions: Managed $600K consignment inventory at 3 turns annually for a large co-op in south Texas, ensuring customer availability and accurate inventory.  Coordinated and executed the move of over $6M in service parts inventory to the John Deere dealership in Belle Glade from a warehouse in south Florida being closed.
