  •Have worked as a Dyeing In charge for Rope Dyeing Rage. •Started my Professional Carrier as a Management Trainee in Dyeing Department and within a short span of time was promoted to the Assistant of HOD.•Initially was responsible for running the entire shift, performing all the required testing for quality process flow and reporting it to the Plant Head.•Was involved in developing new recipes and shades for famous brands like Levis,Wall Mart, VF, Mavi Jeans, Shaviklar, Wrangler etc. •Successfully run Dystar 40%Liquid Indigo Sol. and convert all the production from Granular Indigo into Liquid Indigo. •Have worked for minimizing the dyeing cost by reducing the chemical wastage and minimizing production losses and ensured a smooth running of the entire Dyeing Process.•Throughout my stay at Artistic Milliners I always try to maintain high quality and production standards which were the major requirement of the Organization and have been successful in providing the results.   •Have worked as a Manager Dyeing for Rope and Loop (Slasher) Ranges.•Worked here since erection phase and was actively involved in erecting almost all of the machinery from Ball Warping till inspection with foreign technicians and engineers. •Was responsible for the Quality and Production of both State-of-the-art Loop and Rope Dyeing Ranges from HTP UNITEX Italy. Both plants are fully integrated with automated computerized system, to maintain consistency at each step of the dyeing process and also comprises of ‘Nitrogen Reactor Technology’ to achieve rich and dark shades.•Actively involved in Product Development for famous brands like H&M, South Pole, VF, Lee etc.•Successfully processed some of the most difficult qualities that were with unique concepts and cost effective at the same time. Indigo Dyeing with low quantity of Hydro Sulphite and Caustic Soda which produce an equivalent dark shade of Indigo, pigment dyeing on Sizing Range with Advance Denim Concept, running pure Sulphur shade in double dips, Dyeing in Sixteen Dips on Eight dips of Rope Dyeing Range, Bottoming and Topping with Indigo, Vat and various Sulphur dyes. •Actively involved with Internal Compliance Personnel in various Quality Assurance and Internal Audits and Certifications of ISO 9000/14001, OEKO-Tex 100 and GOTS Control Union Certification.•Worked with various Textile consultants and Denim Expert from Italy, Turkey and South America.
