  As part as my growth within DBR, I have moved across to the contracts department where I am working under both the project’s Senior Site Manager and Project Manger where I assist with creating site reports, participating in client meetings, managing site logistics/trades, subcontractors and much more. Working within a Grade II* project with unique national significance. As a junior estimator it was my task to prepare tenders, assist with senior estimators on preparing sub contractor information packs, go on site visits and help with tender interviews. As part of this role, I was heavily involved in using Causeway Estimating Software to price tenders.
