Ensures that schemes are developed in accordance with WMCA and funders’ governance, project management and quality requirements and to approved timescales and budgets.Working closely with local authorities, partners and other stakeholders to ensure there is support and understanding of schemes, and that necessary engagement takes place with stakeholders at all levels.Key achievements:• Securing £88m of funding from various sources (DfT, WMCA, MHCLG) for Phase 1 delivery of Sprint on the A34 and A45.
