      Within my 7+ year tenure for Geoban UK, I am currently working as a Project Manager, managing the changes required following the EU GDPR Legislation to achieve regulatory compliance for Geoban UK, Santander UK, it's brands and legal entities. I was the Operations Manager of a Mortgage and Loan Servicing department of around 100+ FTE made up of 7 Operational teams and their Team Managers. The teams are responsible for Banking, Mortgage and Loan servicing processes and controls working within a back office envrioment. The responsibilities of my role included direct oversight of operational areas overseas in multiple sites within Poland. Team Manager of an operational team within a Mortgage Servicing Department.
