      Responsibilities: Analysis and design of various structures/structural components using 3D modelling software like ETABS, Staad-Pro and manual design methods satisfying IS code standards, safety and serviceability. Inter- disciplinary co-ordination with architect, MEP and external agencies for best output Co-ordination with execution team to resolve site related issues /queries. Preparation and checking of design spread sheets, drawings and documents in scheduled time(Structural numeration and RC drawings, Design spread sheets, ISO Documents, Design calculationssubmission) Optimization in material and design or value addition by adopting alternative options and designschemes following codal provisions. Arranging seminars/webinars and training sessions for sub-ordinates. Interaction with contracts team to finalize tender specification along with efficient and quickworkflow completion of allotted tasks and to submit optimized structural BOQs in all aspects.
