  Leading a team of 19 Safety Assurance Engineers over Wales, Midlands and North England to help create an environment that enables and empowers team members to deliver the highest standards of customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency and safety to achieve business targets. Enable improvements to advance personal and technical safety, wellbeing and environmental working practices for the benefit of business, and to ensure full compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements working alongside wider HSE team, Area and Regional leaders and TU. Ensuring our engineers are fully qualified to complete work, assessed against regulatory requirements and have substantial input in the delivery of the end to end process. Show less Led a team of 14 safety assurance engineers in gas and electrical maintenance and installation, who complete audits on field engineers ensuring compliance with regulations and working practice including assessing gas engineers for gas accreditation. My team work to industry set deadlines to ensure all gas operatives have completed the full range of elements to gain gas accreditation via NICEIC. We also provide gas and electrical technical support to the field teams.My team are involved in CO investigations on behalf of the business for external clients, working closely with external bodies and in some instances emergency services.I support field operations with HSE and compliance, helping our field team to work as safely as efficiently as possible. I assist with internal and external audit preparation and work at a regional level to identify trends and change behaviours through discussion and learning.I am keen to look at safety from a different perspective, include all levels of the workforce in the delivery of safety messages.
