  Responsibilities: • Mobilize and manage the subcontractors for timely and quality delivery of Colo and upgrade• Coordinate with PMO on power analysis and tower load analysis and follow up with recommendations for both BTS and upgrades• Ensure project deliverable within SLA within specification for quality and budget.• Project monitoring and resources allocation to baseline of the project and highlight major/minor issues to Regional Deployment Head.• Prepare and update daily, weekly, monthly progress reports of the project and circulate to Regional Deployment Head• Strategic alignment with the responsible contractors and team members to monitor project progress with focus on proffering solutions to constraint or issue sites• Revalidate and request power for Colo and upgrade sites• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.• Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities; and monitor and evaluate results.• Identify gaps within project and target delivery and offer best business practice solutions.• Provide mentoring to all subordinates.• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication• Ensure contractors compliance to specifications and quality.• Promote communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise.• Manage relationships with partners/vendors Show less Responsibilities:• Plan and execute Technical Site Survey (TSS) with subcontractors and project teams.• Analyze TSS reports for generation of proper site design drawings.• Monitor, approve and communicate design drawings to subcontractors’ project teams.• Analyze and manage change requests outside project scope. • Assign project field supervisors, the work packages, monitor and evaluate performance.• Manage subcontractors’ activities comprising of site build tasks, materials procurement, inventories, dispatches and deliveries.• Track project daily progress report, plan milestones projections and ensure targets delivery.• Track the issues arising, monitor and ensure timely resolution. Accomplishments:• Managed successfully the Turnkey Site Project (TSP) of Collocation Telecom Infrastructure of IHS Nigeria PLC within South West comprising of Lagos, Ogun, Oyo and Osun.• Managed over 350 TSP sites worth over $78 million across South West, part of South East and Northern regions namely Ebonyi, Enugu, Anambra, Plateau, Bauchi, Niger, Kebbi, Sokoto and Gombe.
