Top advisor to medical center leadership on the subject.• Present biweekly to the Executive Leadership Team on the state of access within the healthcare system via a diversity of complex metrics to aid in situational awareness and decision-making.• Monitor healthcare operations through various key performance indicators related to access to care, such as wait times, consult timeliness, scheduling timeliness, clinic utilization, and bookability using custom and national dashboards. Regularly analyze data in support of program evaluation. Communicate this information to staff, along with recommendations on action needed to improve performance.• Provide support in planning and managing projects across multiple enterprise priorities and initiatives, including orchestrating multiple simultaneous national action items, developing systems for coordinating work on projects spanning multiple services.
