  Managed the 2019 Red Kettle Campaign in the West End of Toronto with a fundraising target of $500,000 over 6 weeks at 50 Kettle locations. I supervised 4 other coordinators, over 100 employees and over 100 volunteers. Developed a Fundraising Plan to steward current donors and attract new ones. This included an organizing annual fundraising dinner, presentations, on-site tours for donors and potential donors and a quarterly newsletter.During COVID I helped the food banks by ordering additional food, helping unload shipments and handing out food to clients while continuing to steward current donors.
