  Dealt with and looked after all catering requirements at the building site of the new (being built) brewery there, including erecting of a field facility kitchen out of a 40foot container.. When the catering building was completed we had an on site restaurant plus pub for the finish of work hours looked after 3 other management personnel and churned out 2000 plus meals per day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Western meals for management and senior personnel.. Chinese meals from staff from south China including meal boxes and meals and meal boxes for northern Chinese staff involved in the entire construction.
