  First years I managed export operations betweeen EU and non-EU regions specializing in incoterms, documents and learning how to coordinate with planning and sales departments worldwide.In my last 2 years I was dedicated to project management in logistics, in example I onboarded new 3PL to manage the Export business in Southern Europe coordinating the trainings, licenses, power of attorney and other aspects. Made by first steps in transportation systems by - Designing a reconciliation transit time audit between systems and actuals in all EU international shipping.- Create a set of Sap Script functions to automate transportation tasks which saved 3 FTE across EU and help to lower the cost of our outsourcing providers.It's still used today.
