      Established and managed a diverse team of 20+ people consisting of interaction designers, visual designers, design researchers and frontend developers at the Innovation Center of Schlumberger located in Silicon Valley.The initial focus was on digital transformational and incremental restructuring of the current desktop platform applications (500+) to cloud-based SaaS (Software As A Service) workflow-centric and contextual solutions.Created and maintained a UX living playbook of processes to roll-out for the software community of 10,000 employees during its transformational phase including a Vision Roadmap or "North Star", a UX training program for new UX hires as well as for non-UX roles in the software community.Partnered with Frog design firm in developing and maintaining a unique Design Language System (DLS) and reusable 'living' component cloud-based library for the developing community for more than 7000 developers globally in the company. Oversaw close partnerships with major tech companies such as Google and Microsoft as well as other tech companies in the Valley in an effort to leverage their expertise and technology to drive key software digital transformation projectsProject Managed dozens of $1m-$4m projects with major UX design firms Frog and Accenture as well as others in the SF and Austin area Developed an internal communication campaign targeted at the software community to encourage early adopters of the integrated UX software development process and methodologies during the transformationDeveloped global integrated training program.
