Additionally, proposed strategies to optimize operating costs at the Dehydro-Desulphurization (DHDS) and Sulfur Recovery Units, as well as introduced ideas for heat recovery from flue gases at the Sulfur Recovery Unit to enhance the refinery's energy index. As a member of the PARCO Revamp Team, contributed to the revamp project at the LPG Merox Unit, ensuring compliance with safety standards and incorporating various process schemes. Furthermore, participated in turnaround and experienced master shutdown and start-up activities of the units. Responsibilities also included overseeing the replacement of Kero Merox Reactor Catalyst and supervising hot water washing activities.
