      As a summer intern working for the federal probation office, my duties included filing correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts, and other records in alphabetical or numerical order or according to the filing system used. I located and removed material from files when requested. I entered data from source documents into computers. Assigned and recorded or stamped identification numbers or codes to index materials for filing or storage.
