  U-le-le - Native American Inspired Cuisine. A restaurant in the Columbia Restaurant Group, owned by the Gonzmart family, one of the most well known entrepreneurial families of the Bay Area. This restaurant offers a great variety of food from steaks to seafood, frog legs to alligator hush puppies. Located in the historical Tampa Water Works building and right on the Hillsborough River where you can catch stunning sunsets every night from anywhere inside the restaurant, the beer garden or from any of our patios.I worked as a server and banquet captain and loved every minute of my time spent here. As a server I waited on parties of 10+ guests solo and worked large groups of 20 with other servers, always providing great service, following the steps of service from the greeting to the dessert course where we thank our guests and always invite them back. I had the great pleasure of working alongside Timothy Shackton, the in-house brewmaster responsible for our locally produced honey beer to our signature barrel aged beer stored in both whisky and red wine barrels.Food: I sold foods of all kinds from frog legs, alligator and bison chili, both dry and wet aged steaks, a huge variety of fresh caught seafoods, all plates designed by the best chef in tampa, Eric LackeyBeverages: Promoted hand crafted cocktails and a wines both locally and domestically produced Show less
