  Collaborated extensively with leadership, key stakeholders and client teams to understand the problem statement for a security product by CGI Inc. This in turn helped in establishment and refinement of the product vision, product requirement documents (PRDs), strategy, use cases and specs. With the aforementioned foundations, a cross functional team was put together, which I had to transform to a larger, yet interdependent agile team. Within this team's capacity, a backlog was created and managed with regular refinements over consecutive sprints to deliver an MVP for a customer's pilot to be qualified for intellectual property. Show less Starting as a Jr. Product Owner, managed application support and administration for the SaaS collaboration tools, Slack & Miro for large telecom client, which includes access control, troubleshoot, community management. Additionally, supported the management of the products' backlog, research and performance monitoring for the client's userbase.After 9 months, I was promoted to Product Owner to manage product backlog of the SaaS tools, Slack & Miro, for all divisions across a large Canadian telecom enterprise to drive projects, encompassing the growth, maturity & improvement of features for the tools' user base (~75K users). Projects included account consolidations, establishment of champions programs, user enablement sessions, security implementations (SSO, PAM, Endpoint validation, MFA, Retention), user research, performance monitoring and development of custom integrations/automations.From there, I grew to assume the role of Interim Product Manager to collaborate with key stakeholders, business owners, customers, scrum masters, architects & developers, to translate business strategy to a product strategy for collaboration tools program that includes Webex, Slack, Miro & Smartsheet. Based on that, a roadmap and requirements were established, which guided the management of the products' backlogs and setup of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and KPIs for tracking.
