VasellaDissertation title: "Oligonucleotide analogues with integrated bases and backbones: aminomethylene-linked adenosine and uridine dinucleosides".The synthesis of different homo- and self-complementary aminomethylene-linked adenosine and uridine dinucleosides was successfully achieved. The analysis of their association was studied by concentration- and temperature-dependent H-NMR and by temperature-dependent CD spectroscopy.
