  As web service manager i must solve challenges as fast as i can .challenges : 1. framework needs to be placed over flat design .2. there was none server crash or bug report tools .3. essential subversion system needed for whole team .4. team doesn't follow any software developing mythology such scrum .5. all server codes finally deployed on shared host .6. mobile software developers doesn't use REST api .7. lack of ui/ux standard in designs . 8. advanced web services take place .Solutions are :1. the flat code was reached in final state and team need relevant platform for new members to use and continue so php symfony was selected and we learned new members how to use it in enterprise projects .2. team need bug tracker to server side applications so other team members can tell us the crashes , we also use it as services api document and make it available for members with access to there own needed .3. the huge problem we ran into was no one in team used any subversion systems like git , we did create local git server and make it available throw internet and make it secure so any one can access from any where ant time .4. the server team created with 3 person and amount of works do be done was too many so we decide to use a few parts of agile scrum to help us focus and deliver new features to others in time .5. deploying on shared host was wasting time and team resources , cloud vps server was configured to use instead of shared hosting . we had git and repositories so we connect git server to cloud vps server to automatically deploy web services .6. team was using simple form of api but with new approach we need to upgrade to new aspect of web services so REST was introduced to team and replaced old system .7. panels was not mete to used by end users so we change perspective .8. for more interaction with mobile application we began connect our web services to smartphone os services such as google play and apple .   Developing web base crm system application for international carpet company called zollanvari. I must contact face to face to company employees form each section and gather information about how they work and what problems are , then create solutions based on problems and transfer them as software to employees so they can use information technology as their advantage over competitors. I invent ways to protect user’s data from corruptions caused by any reason, also created sophisticated user access to system to protect data and software. We created system from the company order system to delivery to end customers, so we remove 80 percent of paper on company, we decries order processing by 50 percent, also we improve product design section processing to 30 percent , we remove unnecessary checks on pre-production section and speed up processing to 70 percent . I create warehouse system for them and remove traditional warehouse keeping and paper works that causes less worker and less complexity, warehouse improved to 60 percent total. Tracking products was created and no longer products missed from system.
