Establishing and managing SittCom Circus: an award-winning, non-profit, youth circus collective, facilitating peer-led circus workshops to young people throughout Kent at schools, youth centres, community and county events, holiday projects and festivals. Organising and leading an annual Youth Streetshow, performed at the International Street Theatre Festival in Ghent, Belgium (2006-10). All projects have been filmed and edited with free copies given to all participants (over 150 different DVDs created 2004-11) Also, holder of the 2007 Individual Gold Award at K.C.C.’s Quality Service Awards, within the Communities Directorate (the largest Directorate in K.C.C., with over 6000 employees).
