   AT done for all the cell sites and BSC,s after clearing all the punch points.  Ensure the availability of Radio Access Network to be greater than 99.9%. Performance analysis of sites and related RF parameters on daily basis and resolution for problematic sites. Optimization done through physical changes like antenna re-orientation, down tilting of antennas, based on performance analysis from reports. Review capacity, coverage solutions suggested by RF Engineers based on drive test data, performance reports and customer complaints. Operation and maintenance of BB ,PP ,PIU ,DG as per the schedule .  KPI analysis and discussion with Tech team to improve their performance. Extending Support to BSS Field engineers. Handle servicing of DG, Battery Bank, SMPS, A/C, Diesel filling activities. Manage an inventory of requisite spares. Shall be co-ordiinating for equipment Supplier for faults and analysis and repair/ replacement of equipments in warrenty Verifying & validating the site Outages on daily basis with all partners. Analyzing the daily outages & working on frequently fail sites.  To ensure the completion of preventive maintenance activities as per the schedule and the same to be entered in the service tracker. Customer Co-Ordination Show less
