The purpose of the role was to manage the schedules of the Director of Nursing and Director of Medical Services, including but not limited to; liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding hospital function both within the state and the community; liaising with General Practitioners in the community, within the statewide hospital system and other government agencies (ie: RFDS); orchestrate and manage up to 12 highly confidential hospital management meetings and provide minutes and associated documentation.
