   Processing dividend and coupon payments for the swap clients. This involved reconciling cash received, checking WHT rates, applying rate exceptions for split elections and checking FX entries prior to desk approval. Generating and sending corporate action notifications in addition to soliciting client elections. Providing support to platinum clients and Client Service Reps (CSRs) on any corporate action based query. Comprehensive understanding of the processing line which enables me to manage escalations from high profile stakeholders.  Working in a high pressured environment to ensure clients queries are answered accurately allowing them to make informed decisions on each corporate action. Delivered a number of informative presentations, to audiences of up to 40 people, in other areas of the bank. Trained and supervised colleagues as well as performing progress meetings. Travelled to India to coach and train 3 colleagues during the transitioning of key processing role. Since returning I support the team with any issues and act as an escalation contact. Show less
