      My current role is working on Dynamics CRM system shared with Scottish Enterprise. It involves providing day-to-day user support via a Helpdesk troubleshooting issues, developing and publishing solutions and training materials, identifying and (attempting to) limit data integrity issues and creating a suite of standard reports to meet national requirements.
