  Engineer Intern

  In the weeks inclusive of my practical and training at MRT 2- Sentul West Station (STWS) & Escape Shaft 1, tones of inputs and knowledge had incorporated towards working experience as an intern trainee in civil engineering field. As a main contractor, I had seen and visualized different cases of the critical conditions in design and build works such as the reinforced concrete works sequences, the planning and management at site and the liaise in between different parties. This opportunity had granted me to expose to brands new experience that I would not learn in lectures. It enhanced my understanding towards the theories of civil and structural works, which then provided me a platform to broaden my horizons and perspectives on construction field. Job scope:- Monitor, supervise and expedite work progress - Assist senior engineer and section foremen at the construction site as to ensure construction work progress goes smooth- Conduct pre-task briefing and toolbox briefing for our workers daily - Assist Quality Control team conduct quality control inspection for each of the RC and finishes works- Basic document preparationLesson learnt during internship:1.
