      Job responsibilities :A) Tendering and Offers:1. Tendering to SEBs all over India: It includes detail reading and making summary Of tender documents. (Both technical and commercial terms) Product costing and estimation. Preparation of tender offer in very presentable manner. Arrange to submit it before due date. Preparing detailed draft for any quires from SEBs against Offer. 2. Enquiries from major power sector companies like Godrej & Boyce, and A2Z Maintenance etc. Submitting offer with all technical details. 3. To attain price bid and Technical Bid openings. 4. Attending the inspections for MSETCL, UPPTCL.5. Co-ordinating with all related departments for order execution, such as drawing and type test approval, production details, stage inspections, dispatch instructions. B) Contract Review and Order Execution1.Review of requirements of Customer.2.Solving of Discrepancies of Customer if any.3.Distribution of Internal order cum contract review to Production, Planning, Materials, Q.A. and Design department.4.Drawing requisition to Design Department & Drawing Submission to Customer.5.Solving of assorted queries.6.Insp. call and Inspection if applicable. (Product insp., pre-dispatch insp. by insurance agent, excise formalities, Bills submission for third party inspection.).7.Obtaining dispatch Clearance from Customer.
