  During this experience, I was supporting people with intellectual or developmental disabilities. I used to spend one hour three days a week with the individuals virtually and we used to do a valuable interaction. The activities we did virtually were related to health and fitness, craft, drawing, and music. During those interactions, I was able to develop strong interpersonal relationships, demonstrate problem-solving, and creative thinking.
