  Project : HarMNqEEG plugin for Cbrain platform.Environment : Matlab, Ruby on Rails, Boutique Descriptors, Docker, Bash Scripts, Git, VMware.Responsibilities and Key Achievements:- Worked in a Montreal location and successfully collaborated with the Montreal Neurological Institute, McGill University on a 3-mth project to develop the HarMNqEEG Cbrain plugin and deployed it with the Cbrain team, providing the scientific community with a powerful tool for High-Performance Computing. This tool contributes to developing bias-free, low-cost neuroimaging technologies applicable in various health settings.- Enhanced the HarMNqEEG toolbox codebase, optimizing scripts for better efficiency and maintainability.- Developed the ZipArchive plugin for Cbrain Core, enabling the use of compressed .zip files within Cbrain.Project : CCC-Axis.Environment: Matlab, Ruby on Rails, Boutique Descriptors, Docker, Bash Scripts, Git, VMware, Sun Grid Engine, Linux Servers.Responsibilities and Key Achievements:- Reverse-engineered and deployed Cbrain at the Cuban Neuroscience Center, fulfilling a long-standing project commitment unattained before my involvement.- Developed the Biomarkers Cbrain plugin for the Biomarker tool that detects biomarkers using generalized linear models with penalties and resampling techniques for validation.- Developed the Cbrain plugin for the Inverse Solutions for EEG tool which employed the Active set modified Newton-Raphson (AMNR) Algorithm for executing methods.
