      As a result of increased regulatory pressure on municipalities for MS4 Permit compliance, my responsibilities are shifting from functional duties associated with operational management to technical duties focused on MS4 Permit Program Management. This shift will allow LandStudies to provide more comprehensive Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) services aimed at helping municipalities establish cost-effective and compliant programs without sacrificing budgets or individual municipal goals.
