  Successfully completed my summer internship for 3 months as a Finance intern in a twin property Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn situated at Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business park. ●I worked with Accounts Receivable team and learnt how invoices are generated from system, followed up with companies for payments, Completed ONQ trainings i.e. the software which Hilton uses, how Billings are done, how different reports such as AR Ageing Reports, Account details of debtors, Trail Balance, Credit Card Balancing Reports are taken out from the ONQ Software. Also learnt how payment entries are posted in system.●Closely worked with Accounts Payable team, learnt how invoices of different vendors are checked & booked in system.● Worked with Income Audit team in taking out different reports from DocMX such as Room Balancing Summary, House Account Balances at the end of each day.●Got the exposure of working as a team & achieving targets, learnt Leadership skills how employees are managed, Microsoft Excel Skills, also got to learn what skills & qualities are expected from the employees. With all these I was also engaged in a capstone project on the topic *A study on Debtors & Employees Management in Hospitality Industry - Hilton Hotel Ltd Bengaluru* for fulfilling my academic requirements during the internship where I had worked on the problem areas in the department I was interning at and highlighted my practical experiences and learnings during the internship.
